Why do you want to join Grey Goose? please refrain from responses like "I love alcohol!".
I really enjoyed playing with Noob, Halaster, Manasheh and everyone a few years back when I was in their guild, and I would like to be a part of a group like that again. I hear that Grey Goose is a close knit group of nice people. And, I love alcohol!! (I couldn't resist)

What are your previous guilds and/or servers in which you've played? Why did you leave your previous guild/server? (or why are you leaving?)
I have always been on Ner'Zhul.
Guilds:
Azeroth Liberation Army (Frost Mage): I was really just there because my boyfriend at the time was. I left to join Bad Blood because my boyfriend did and they needed a mage tank for Grull's Lair.
Bad Blood (Frost Mage): Had so much fun in this guild! This was a very tough decision, but I left because Ronnoc/Uziel/Deathstryke was starting a new guild. He was a good friend and good raid leader, and I wanted to try my hand at hard core raiding to see some end game content.
No Drama (Pally Tank): I was MT for this guild on my pally. It was fun at first, but after a while it became stressful. Had some great times, and some bad times. Eventually burned out and quit for a couple years.
What is your prior raiding experience? Explain.
(Frost Mage)Full cleared Kara, Grull, Mag, SSC, TK, ZA and BT. 4/5 in Hyjal. (Pally Tank) Full Clear EOE 10 & 25, OS10 & 25 Three Drakes, Naxx 10 & 25, Ulduar 13/14 10 & 25 (some hardmodes), TOC 25 5/5. I quit the game shortly after clearing TOC.
Explain your raiding spec/rotation/etc. For healers, give us a breakdown of what spells you use in what situations, and why. For DPS classes, talk some theorycraft about maxing your DPS. What's your ability priority/spell or rotation? How do you use your cooldowns? How do you handle DPS during movement?
Arcane Blast, Mana Gem, more Arcane Blast, then either evocate and more Arcane Blast, or pop my Flame Orb (for Arcane Missile proc's) and use mana neutral rotation until my CD's come back. For DPS during movement, I use more instant cast spells to keep up DPS as best I can until I can plant again.
What resources do you use to improve your performance, gearing/spec/rotation choices, etc. ElitistJerks.com, WOW Forums, and I also like to look up mages in high ranked guilds to help with gems, enchants, and stats.
Please tell us a bit about your gaming system. PC Specs, usual frames per second, internet connection, Vent/Mic, and any common problems that you may have. Can you raid with projected textures turn on? List your normal raiding UI addons and how you use them. Provide a link to a screenshot of your UI (use tinypic.com or imageshack.us to host it).
I use a MacBook Pro Laptop that works well in raids. 30-40 FPS. I am running on the highest speed DSL that is available to me, and it works well. I have vent and a mic. I can raid with projected textures on. I use Omen, DBM, and Recount. http://tinypic.com/r/2r3feyu/5
